Terms of Service

Welcome to Hamle AI ("Service"), operated by Hamle AI ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our platform at hamle.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Hamle AI is an AI-powered interview coaching platform providing mock simulations and career preparation tools. Feedback is generated by Large Language Models (LLMs) and is for educational purposes only. We do not guarantee job offers or specific career outcomes.

2. Accounts and Authentication

2.1 Account Creation

To access certain features, you must register for an account by providing a valid email address and creating a password.

2.2 Verification (OTP)

Upon registration, Hamle AI will send a One-Time Password (OTP) to your provided email address. You must enter this code to activate your account. You agree that the email provided is your own and that you have the right to receive communications at that address.

2.3 Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Hamle AI is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login credentials.

2.4 Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use this Service.

3. Credits and Payments

Purchase: Access to full interview simulations requires the purchase of credits through our payment processor (Stripe).
The 3Q Teaser (High-Signal Diagnostic): New users may access a diagnostic consisting of the first three questions for free. Resuming the full loop requires a credit purchase.
Expiration: Purchased credits expire 90 days from the date of purchase. Unused credits will be forfeited after this period. We provide a 7-day email reminder prior to expiration.
Refunds: Due to the immediate infrastructure and processing costs associated with Generative AI, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

4. Referral Program

Trigger: Credits are awarded to the Referrer only after the Referred Friend completes their first successful purchase.
Abuse: Hamle AI reserves the right to void referral credits if we detect fraudulent activity or bot-driven signups.

5. Intellectual Property

Our Content: The Hamle AI interface, proprietary orchestration logic, and branding are the exclusive property of Hamle AI.
Your Content: You retain ownership of your interview responses and audio. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process this data to provide feedback as detailed in our Privacy Policy.
Certificates: Hamle AI grants you a non-exclusive license to share your generated certificates on professional networks.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the underlying source code.
Attempt to bypass the OTP verification or the 3Q Teaser paywall.
Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HAMLE AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS."

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
